50g oats (buy gluten free oats if coeliac/ intolerant)
300ml rice milk
½ tsp ground cinnamon
Small handful walnuts, chopped
1 tsp honey (optional)
- Put oats into a saucepan and add rice milk, water, cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
- Simmer on a medium heat stirring frequently with a wooden spoon to ensure it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan. After about 4 minutes it should look nice and creamy.
- Serve in a bowl and sprinkle the blueberries, walnuts and honey over the top.
